Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts.  Additionally, is the coach and primary point of escalation for a small group (3 - 5 members) of pharmacy account managers.  Acts as outward - facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or complex accounts.Builds relationships with employer / group clients (not individual members) and serves as the primary point of contact for overall and day - to - day service delivery.  Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs; will coach the small group on the same.This function includes employees who are in dedicated on - site service roles. Jobs in this function may work closely with sales on renewals and upselling, but incumbents do not have specific sales goal accountability or primary responsibility to close sales. Account management jobs focused primarily on relationship and service management belong in this family; jobs with significant sales responsibilities or sales - related incentives (including "OTH" plans) belong in a sales band. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or higher)3+ years of experience in client managementPBM or pharmacy experienceExperience delivering client - focused solutions to customer needsDemonstrated experience with CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce), Microsoft SharePoint (document management, tracking and reporting business activities, editing, saving, and uploading)Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office. Microsoft Word (opening a document, cutting, pasting and aligning text, selecting font type and size), Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, and saving data in a spreadsheet, creating pivot tables, formulas and analyzing data), Microsoft PowerPoint (creating and editing presentations) and Microsoft Outlook (sending emails)Ability to travel up to 25% nationallyPreferred Qualifications:Pharmacy Technician or PBM Call Center experienceRxClaims experienceOptumRx is an empowering place for people with the flexibility to help create change.
