Challenge yourself, your peers and our industry by shaping what health care looks like and doing your life's best work.Primary Responsibilities: Business Segment Liaison (BLS) responsibilities: manage the onboarding process for new hires, ordering equipment and supplies and ensuring that they are delivered on time, setting up desks for new hires, handle software / hardware requests from new hires, handle employee terminations, CLOUD Blue, transfer employees to perm status to telecommute status, other duties as needed Manage the supply invoices and make sure that the business remains within budget Order supplies / manage supply room Manage conference room calendar and keep conference rooms organized Attend meetings and write minutes Help support new management Plan, set up and oversee team meetings Manage preparation for training classes Order lunches for meetings Expense reports Handle the call center day to day staff needs Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 6+ months of office experience utilizing a telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job duties 6+ months of experience working with minimal supervisionAbility to navigate a Windows PC environment Soft Skills: Able to learn new and complex computer applicationsCareers with Optum.
