The entire customer service operation is reliant on your ability to audit calls and provide feedback to team members, as well as analyzing information to build recommendations.Primary Responsibilities:Provide expertise and support by conducting audits across several departments, including call, claim, eligibility, intake and system configurationProvide feedback and reports to team members on audit resultsAnalyze information to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve process performanceResponsible for all aspects of quality assurance

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools Prior eligibility/enrollment experienceCareers at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement.
