Join a Fortune 6, industry leader and find out how you can be a part of something life changing for millions.   Primary Responsibilities Learn and grow to become the team expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Unified Service Desk CRM on premise application Troubleshoot, configure, and train others on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Unified Service Desk CRM with the knowledge you gain Collaborate with business units and IT, providing expert technical support in strategic planning, design, development, configuration, implementation, and ongoing administrative support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Unified Service Desk CRM  Coordinate design activities and perform business and system impact analysis on initiatives to modify CRM applications Manage and resolve incidents related to CRM and related applications Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business and clients related to CRM and others Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes, and technologies The question is, are you ready to grow into a position where you are the one people turn to who knows how this critical platform really ticks? Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in business, finance, or information technology, including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations 1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation) Technical capabilities that allow you to know how it all fits together Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, IT, or related field Experience supporting a sales call center Experience supporting Interactive Intelligence/Genesys telephony platform 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Unified Service Desk configuration and administration 1+ years of experience managing CRM technology projects, including gathering and documenting business requirements, designing and configuring forms, developing workflows, reports and dashboards, and troubleshooting application bugs Microsoft Dynamics certification desired Experience supporting SalesForce CRM  Careers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
