As a Customer Relations Technical Coordinator you will create and support a culture of inclusion and diversity, ensuring all actions are in complete alignment with CVS practices, policies and values as well as state, federal and regulatory requirements.
As a part of this team you will compile data; prepare and distribute reports; and analyze results. As a Customer Relations Technical Coordinator you will partner with internal business partners to provide daily, weekly, monthly reporting on CSA incidents.
Additional responsibilities of the Customer Relations Technical Coordinator will include:
-Providing trend analysis and present and communicate accordingly.
-Research, review and analyze CSA incidents utilizing the Microstrategy reporting system.
-Provide trend analysis to present and communicate accordingly.
-Create and maintain job aids, frequently asked questions and program updates.
-Write, coordinate, and distribute internal communications to ensure the team is aligned with department strategy.Required Qualifications
5 + years of customer service experience
3 + years experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel
1 + years of working knowledge of Customer Support Application (CSA)Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Excel Certification
1+ years of working knowledge of Micro strategiesEducation
High School Diploma required
