Although this is an individual contributor role, you will be part of a team which is starting a new call center. There will be 500 to 600 people in the call center. This call center will handle appointment scheduling with various doctors, on behalf of military veterans.  Primary Responsibilities: Workstream lead (Train Delivery Lead) for the Appointment Scheduling Call Center Determine peak times for the call center, and project the proper number and skills of staff which are need to be scheduled during peak times Act as the delivery lead for appointment scheduling Drive the work to set up the appointment scheduling workstream Assisted by a Project Manager  Work with Sr. Leaders and other Train Delivery leads for the other areas in the project Follow through on requirements from our client

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: 5+ years with CRM Call Center System experience 1+ years leadership experience in a Call Center 1+ years experience working with an IVR (Interactive Voice Response system) 1+ years experience with IEX Scheduling software or similar product 1+ years Call Routing experiencePreferred Qualifications: Experience as a TDL (Train Delivery Lead) Experience working in the Military, or with the Military Healthcare Industry experience  Good verbal and written communications skills Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment Careers with Optum.
