Primary Responsibilities: Conduct health risk assessments on members via phone Assist members with any other needs that they might have via phone Document all of your work Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 2+ years of Customer Service experience Previous experience working with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel (create correspondence, editing, performing data entry, and maintaining spreadsheets) Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entryAbility to type 45+ WPM Previous experience in Healthcare Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with the Medicaid population Previous Call Center experienceCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
