As an OTCHS Member Services Coordinator, you will work closely with
Member Service Manager and Supervisors to handle any member grievances
presented by a member or Health Plan. As a Member Services Coordinator you are
responsible for ensuring superior service for our members and Health Plan
partners by providing information, feedback and resolving the issue. The Member
Services Coordinator will also be held accountable to call center service level
standards as well as flawless execution of inbound/outbound calling programs
and associated performance metrics. The Member Services Coordinator will
also create and support a culture of inclusion and diversity, ensuring all
actions is in complete alignment with CVS practices, policies and values as well as state, federal and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications
1+ years of working experience including
strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, including knowledge of Access
and Power Point.Preferred Qualifications
Strong customer service skills.
Experience in use of call center
Experience working in a call center environment is highly preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels and prepare effective
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a structured, fast paced call center environment.
Ability to work well with
