Job Description
Responds to customers contacting CVS Pharmacy customer relations at an inbound contact center in Cumberland RI. Works as part of the Customer Relations team to ensure that each customer has a positive service experience.

Reviews and responds to incoming phone calls, emails and letters. Partners with CVS Pharmacy retail field management, corporate leadership, and others to resolve customer concerns in a timely and caring manner.

Required Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to clearly articulate program details to customers over the telephone, and in writing.

· Practical application of knowledge of pharmacy and call center processes and procedures.

· Delivers through the execution of responsiveness, reliability and professional impression.

· Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications.

· Flexibility in work schedule is required.

· Ability to complete all required training programs.

· Ability to secure license as a pharmacy technician in Rhode Island.

Preferred Qualifications
National Certification through the PTCB

Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting

Call Center experience is highly desired with a focus on excellence in service delivery

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
