TalentTeam is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service agents who can provide world class phone-based assistance to customers who need help with their retail banking systems. This is a permanent position, with benefits, with a brand new facility located in Orem. You will support retail store employees who need your expertise with the company’s banking system, which is an industry-leading, cutting edge system in use by retail stores all over the US. This position offers very thorough training, 100 percent paid, from industry experts. Hourly pay rate is $14, and it includes an outstanding benefits program!

Tasks and Responsibilities include:
• Provide timely, efficient and professional service to all clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound support calls
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance forward to resolution
• Follow step by step troubleshooting scripts for first line support
• Create problem tickets for all calls and e-mails received, enter the history of the problem and subsequent resolution if resolved at the Help Desk
• Track escalations through Tier II and Tier III to completion
• Monitor health of network, hardware, and software for customers
