Looking to be a part of the fastest growing brand in the industry? We are now hiring for our national customer service center located in Lone Tree, CO. SafeSplash Swim School specializes in teaching children water safety skills in an optimal environment with experienced instructors and an exceptional curriculum.
We are looking for full-time and part-time employees that are interested in being part of a dynamic, fast pace, fun environment. Even though our business is around children's swim lessons, this position is an office position, so no aquatics background needed.

Responsibilities
Respond to all customer inquiries in a manner that supports SafeSplash’s mission, vision and values. Answer all incoming calls and direct them as outlined by SafeSplash management. Manage customer registration and class scheduling which includes responding to all customer registrations in a manner that supports SafeSplash’s mission. Manage the administration of all SafeSplash policies and procedures with our customers. Maintain accuracy, security and integrity of all customer records including personal, financial and class information. Work closely with management staff to develop and implement continuous process improvements to customer registration, scheduling and billing functions. Perform job responsibilities in a professional, friendly and courteous manner at all times.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills Working knowledge of Microsoft office software applications Strongly Preferred: Retail or recreation facility experience Knowledge of swimming and/or swimming instruction
