AS A CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE YOU WILL:

 

  Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and clearly understand a specific request or customer need, and then leverage knowledge and resources to provide the appropriate solutions

  Take ownership to ensure that we go above and beyond to service each caller's needs, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and The Hartford brand

  Commit to learning and developing, including a better understanding of products and business lines of The Hartford

  Be provided with 12 weeks of paid training as well as ongoing coaching and development to ensure your success

 

 

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

 

Location: 3600 Wiseman Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78251

Start Date: February 5th, 2018

Training Hours: M-F 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (12 weeks paid training)

Post Training Schedule: 10:30am - 7:00pm w/ Every Other Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm (when working a Saturday you will receive Thursday off that week)

           

 COMPENSATION

 

  The salary for this position is $33,000

  5% shift differential will be added for working Every Other Saturday after training

  5% language adjustment will be added for your Spanish-English Bilingual skills after training

Qualifications

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • You have a demonstrated background in call center customer service insurance retail sales or a related field with a focus on delivering high customer value  call center
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment navigate multiple programs and effectively use on-line resources to complete customers requests.
  • Youre a high achiever with the ability to self-manage and demonstrate personable accountability as well as effective collaboration in a team environment. 
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
