The Customer Service Supervisor’s primary role is to provide expertise to the call center representatives, having working knowledge of call center
operations, quality monitoring, and call center statistics. This position also oversees a dispatch team and is able to support the successful collaboration
between the teams. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, setting performance expectations, such as Quality, Adherence, Service Level
and AHT. Coordinates work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc. Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined
processes, expertise and judgment. Provides coaching and feedback to team members, including formal corrective action. Conducts annual
performance reviews for team members. Provides expertise and customer service support to employees and customers. The successful candidate will
