Includes installations, upgrades, computing problem resolution, diagnosis of issue severity, recovery and project implementation. Primary Responsibilities: Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed Works with less structured, more complex issues Serves as a resource to others Lead a team of operators Participate in war room during events/outages Create dashboards and reports Optimize and manage team schedules


Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience Ability to work varied shifts helping cover a 24x7 support team On call requirement as lead of support team which provides critical support to high available applications Experience working with new concepts, technologies and products to meet emerging customer requirements Experience in performance tuning applications across multiple operating systems, languages, and computing platforms Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes Experience working with cross-functional teams on enterprise wide products to enhance, direct, and stabilize those solutions Experience working with relational databases Experience developing Key Performance Indicators 25% overnight travel in the US CRM system experience Call Center experience Monitoring experience Application and Hardware troubleshooting experience Office location are Bellevue, WA (primary,) Phoenix, AZ, San Diego, CA or San Francisco, CA Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare Industry experience Careers with Optum.
