Join us and help people live healthier lives while doing your life's best work.(sm) *This role is located in theSan Francisco, CA area in order to attend training and meetings in our local office. Opportunity to potentially telecommute in the future.* **Schedule is Monday-Friday 4:50am-1:20pm or 7:00am-3:00pm** Training hours are 9:00am-5:30pm Primary Responsibilities: Work in an EAP call center environment,using clinical proficiency to manage a variety of calls, including high risk issues Assess clients for high - risk issues; assist with safety planning and access to appropriate level of care Provide solution focused consultations and support with overall health and well-being Triage and refer clients as needed to appropriate resources such as EAP and Behavioral Health providers, vendors or community based resources Responsible for documenting all client contacts and maintaining appropriate clinical records, consulting as needed with supervisors and peers, and interacting with various departments and customer based entities Quote and explain benefit coverage to members and providers. Follow appropriate benefit procedures Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage& Family Counseling Current, unrestricted CaliforniaBehavioral Health license (LP, LCSW, MFT, LPCC, LPC) Basic Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet 3+years post graduate clinical experience Preferred Qualifications: Dual diagnosis experience with mental health and substance abuse Experience working in a suicide prevention and/or domestic violence program Experience working in an environment that required coordination of benefits and utilization of multiple groups and resources for patients Call center experience Careers with Optum.
