Assignment: Call Center - Medicare Service Operations

Humana is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for our call center to directly respond to questions, handle issues and provide guidance to both internal and external customers.
After 6 months of taking calls, this position has potential to become work at home once performance and metrics are being met.
