Job Description
The responsibilities of a SPAR Recovery Representative are to make outbound calls to retail store colleagues for two initiatives.

Duties include:
1) Place outbound calls to retail store colleagues to initiate:
a) the timely check in of high cost medication to ensure it is available for patient pick up
b) the timely return of medications which have not been picked by patients at a retail store..
2) Update data base and timely follow through for monitoring complete transactions.

3) a) Communicate and build supportive relationships with store colleagues;
b) Timely follow through and organizational skills to track shipments from delivery carriers and log the order as returned upon completion by Material’s Management.

Required Qualifications
One year of experience in specialty customer service or specialty pharmacy environment

Six months computer experience in a Windows based system

Preferred Qualifications
Outbound call experience

High school diploma or equivalent
