We are looking for talented and competitive Outbound Patient Contact Representatives to generate appointments either by cold calling or using leads from our existing customer database.
A successful representative must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
The representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making over 100 calls per day, generating interest from qualifying prospects and “closing sales”.
• Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Provides appropriate solutions via up sell based on customers’ profile.
• Educates customers on product offerings and services
• Continued product education to better service customer calls
• Set appointments and achieve daily/monthly quotas
• Research accounts thoroughly to identify upsell opportunities
• Proven inside sales experience ( preferred)
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience making over 100 of calls per day
• Experience working with CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Passionate about success and self-sufficient
