Youll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.Primary Responsibilities:Manage administrative intake of membersWork with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and / or providersProcess incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census rolesAssist the clinical staff with setting up documents / triage cases for Clinical Coverage ReviewHandle resolution / inquiries from members and / or providers

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED (or higher)2+ years of customer service experienceAbility to create, edit, copy, send and save documents, correspondence and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft OutlookExperience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurancePreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic settingA clerical or administrative support backgroundKnowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codesExperience working in a call centerCareers with AxelaCare.Discover a health services career that encourages your professional growth while delivering steadfast commitment to exceptional patient care.
