Roles may vary based on the size of the clinic(s).Primary Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to patients Coordinating deliveries and infusions Working to forward patients to the clinical team if needed Following up on refills with patients Moderate work experience within own function Some work is completed without established procedures Basic tasks are completed without review by others Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks


Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED or higher Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entry 1+ years of customer service experience Ability to work 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. (Monday - Friday); and OT as needed.
