Job Description
As a Senior Patient Care Specialty Representative – Flex, you will support all areas of Patient Care Services and perform benefit verification, prior authorizations, arrange for funding programs if necessary, co-pay assistance, and schedule medication deliveries. Furthermore, you will work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained, as well as full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Some other critical components of this role include assist with data entry, handle high-volume calls, adjudicate claims, verify and explain patient coverage, benefit levels and financial responsibilities. You will also ensure individualized goals are met and serve as subject matter guide as needed.

Shift: M-F, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Advanced Care Scripts (ACS), a CVS Health Company, handles and dispenses specialty medications and products nationwide. Our comprehensive patient care model provides compliance and adherence support and cost-effective solutions for all classes of specialty medications.


Customer Service Representative, CSR, Call Center, Mail Order, Specialty Pharmacy

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years or more of experience in customer service, customer care or related field
- One year of experience or more in healthcare benefit verification or prior authorizations
- Six or more months working in either Microsoft Excel, Outlook, or Word

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
