Job Summary: The Patient Contact Center Sales Supervisor will lead a team of outbound
Patient Contact Representatives who will make outbound calls to prospective and/or former clients to schedule appointments for free hearing consultations and testing. Appointments will need to be booked in multiple systems and tracked.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee and set activity and milestone targets for outbound call center team
- Make outbound calls to current and unknown clients
- Schedule qualified appointments for free hearing test
- Maintain call logs and detailed reports for call results

- Minimum of a 2-year Associates Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Skills Required:
- Prior telesales/call center experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong listening and closing skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proactive customer approach
- Results driven and financially motivated
