In this role, you'll help keep our high volume pharmacy benefits facility running smoothly with emphasis on maintaining inventory and storage of prescription medicines. Ordering medications and supplies as needed to ensure appropriate stock levels
Monitoring Outlook inboxes for communication for vendors, accounting and other external business partners to ensure requests are being completed on a daily basis
Following SOPS / WIs and adjusting these as needed when / if processes change for any reason within the business
Helping to cover team members with work load when PTO or unexpected absences occur
Collaborating with other departments to help efficiency and alignment of our site
Tracking and monitoring discrepancies using Excel
High School Diploma / GED or
with Microsoft Word (ability to create, edit and send documents), Outlook (ability to create, edit and send emails), and Excel (for data entry, sorting,
filtering and utilization of formulas)
be available to work a set shift between the hours of 8:00am EST and
10:30pm, EST including the possibility of overtime and filling in for
coworkers should they be out or have to leave earlyPreferred Qualifications:
1+ year experience within
supply chain or purchasing industry
Technician LicenseSoft Skills:
