Qualifications:Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Arizona 1+ year of pharmacy experience in retail, mail order or PBM setting 2+ years of people leadership experience in an operations setting Customer Relations and / or Clinical Call Center experience Understanding of call center performance metrics and measurements Workforce management experience (staffing projections, schedule forecasting) Experience leading a team towards the attainment of exceptional performance results and motivating through use of inspirational team development practices Experience using performance management tools and processes in a leadership capacity Experience leading a team through Change Management and / or Process Improvement initiatives Experience leading a team through Problem Solving / Conflict Resolution efforts Presentation / facilitation experience with all levels across an organization Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Preferred Qualifications: Prior PBM experience Knowledge of Call Center systems such as CMS, IEX, telephone applications Experience in a client facing role Exposure, or experience with, LEAN six sigma management practices UnitedHealth Group is working to create the health care system of tomorrow.
