Retention Sales Representative

The Retention Sales Representatives main responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to, answering inbound disconnect or downgrade calls and attempt to save on every call, uncovering and tracking reasons for disconnects, utilizing the KDB to be aware of all save disconnect campaigns or promotions, accessing and updating customer accounts in IDA, adhering to the schedule, policies and procedures of the department, participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.
The Inbound Retention Sales Representative will work (4) weekdays from 11am-8pm and every Saturday from 9:00am-6:00pm.
• Minimum GED or High School degree required
• Superior Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Prior Call Center and Sales experience strongly preferred
