As a Senior Resource Planning Consultant, you will be supporting a variety of Workforce Management functions for Specialty Operations.
Key Accountabilities of the Senior Consultant include:
-Assisting with forecasting, scheduling, and managing all activities within multi skill/multi-site environment
-Assisting in determining appropriate staffing levels and adjustment recommendations in order to meet budgets
-Analyzing workflow data, create and implement recommendations to improve quality, efficiencies, and effectiveness and assure service levels and customer satisfaction goals are met
-Intraday and real time monitoring and reporting of queues, production and schedules
-Support various Workforce Management duties and reports as needed
-Effectively leading calls with various levels of leadership and key stakeholders
-Perform root cause investigation, problem solve, articulate conclusions and make recommendations
-Excellent delivery of accurate and precise results
-Travel required – 10% to 15%Required Qualifications
-1+ years of experience with Workforce management
-1+ years of experience with Verint or comparable scheduling software
- Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookPreferred Qualifications
-2+ years of experience with Hyperion Essbase or Avaya
-2+ years of experience with Verint or comparable scheduling softwareEducation
-High School Diploma
