Join us and start doing your life's best work. Primary Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls from providers, employees, clients and brokerInstall Docs and Intent CallsWork directly with group contacts, sales and account managers, and brokers on claim payment and plan issuesAnswer escalated / Supervisor calls if supervisor or lead is not availableAssist customer service representatives in responding to and resolving customer questions and concernsLiaison between Legal and the claims contactsCreate and update HPDBsIdentify the need for and provide specific and remedial training to processors or Customer Service RepresentativesLarge claim file reviewsMonitor large dollar claims for stop lossSite visits to Clients to share results and resolve question, concerns and plan restatements for upcoming year changesRespond to SBA and External Vendor audits

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED (or higher)2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problemsExperience using Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort, filter, and work within tables), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)Candidates must live within 50 miles of a UnitedHealth Office in West Virginia. (Charleston or Dunbar)Ability to travel up to 10% to local UnitedHealth Locations in West VirginiaAccess to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to the West Virginia UnitedHealth OfficesPreferred Qualifications:Previous account management experienceService Center / Call Center environment experienceCPS experience (UMR Claims Processing System)Careers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
