Our CVS Health Monroeville Specialty location is building our Inbound Customer Service team to support our specialty patients who are in need of life sustaining medications. We are hiring Pharmacy Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center to make the connection and insure timely delivery to those patients reaching out.

Are we busy – absolutely! Do you get a guarantee of 40 hours per week – absolutely! Through your skills and knowledge, you will be able to help our patients on their path to better health. Typical calls include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage.

Do you have at least 6 months experience working with customers (i.e. retail, restaurant, call center, military)? Do you have strong computer skills and a passion for helping others? Required Qualifications
6 months experience in a customer service role (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment or relevant military experience)·
Successfully complete a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications
1 year solid work experience, call center a plus
Good attendance in previous positions
Healthcare related experience and/or relevant certifications
or relevant military experience.

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
