Meets / exceeds client expectations and goals relating to PRS's work product and relationship standards
Day to day management of a team of recovery analysts providing leadership, coaching and next level support
Must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks daily in a fast-paced environment
Provide updates / communication for clients appropriately to ensure PRS is meeting the needs and expectations of the customer and build a good rapport with the customer contacts by establishing professional working relationships to ensure operational efficiency
Provides leadership to recovery analysts and is accountable for the meeting / exceeding production results for the assigned client book of business
Must be able to effectively manage both onsite and remote staff based
Responsible for the team's achievement of production goals as well as delivery of quality work product and building effective client relationships throughout the assigned team
Develops, translates and executes strategies or functions / operations into objectives / strategies for the assigned clients
Responsible for the talent management process throughout team with a focus on development of key performers, recruitment, succession planning and performance management
Positions in this function are responsible for investigating, recovering and resolving all types of claims as well as recovery and resolution for health plans, commercial customers and government entities
May include initiating telephone calls to members, providers and other insurance companies to gather coordination of benefits data
Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies and contract compliance
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (includes the ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas and sum functions)
3+ years of experience in the development of staff / team
3+ years of experience in providing customer service to internal and / or external customers in an office setting
3+ years of experience leading a group of 10 or more in the capacity of supervisor or manager
BachelorsDegree or higher in Health Care or Business Administration
Experience working within the health care industry
Experience working in a call center
Experience auditing or researching claims
Experience working in payouts or accounts receivables and or payables
Experience working within hospital "Patient Account" is greatly preferred
Experience utilizing claims platforms such as UNET, Pulse, NICE or Facets
