What you’ll be doing...
This requisition willbe for a classon Tuesday, August 28th 2018.
Training will be split into two sections as follows:
Week 1 - 5 will be: Tuesday through Saturday from 10am- 7pm (Off days: Sunday and Monday)
Week 6-12 will be: Tuesday through Saturday from: 10am - 2pm & 7pm - 11pm
(Off days: Sunday & Monday)
If you’re self-motivated, disciplined and resourceful, our at-home role may be perfect for you. As a Customer Service Representative, or as we like to say, Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be a problem-solver, salesperson, troubleshooter, billing expert and more – all while working remotely from the convenience of your home office within commuting distance of the Alpharetta Call Center. And you’ll also be a hero when you solve our customers’ challenges.

You are positive and professional with a focus on solving problems and doing whatever it takes to make a difference to every customer every time. You relate well to all kinds of people, listen attentively, and can hone in on the most important issues. You explain things easily, in ways that people can understand. You are tech-savvy and know how to use that knowledge to find solutions while focusing on one customer at a time.
