National bankruptcy law firm seeks energetic Customer Service Representative for the firm’s national Client Care Center located in downtown Chicago. This is an entry-level, non-traditional legal assistant position, so it is not necessary to possess a legal background; we will train you!
The position involves significant telephone interaction with clients (50-70 calls per day). You should be proficient using Windows based applications
and should type at least 45 wpm, be able to prioritize and multitask. BA/BS degree preferred but not required. Prior customer service and/or sales
experience is a must. Position includes some Saturdays, is a full-time position, and is paid at an hourly rate. No submission will be given consideration unless it indicates a specific salary requirement and/or a recent salary/compensation history. Reference “Chicago Customer Service Position.”
