Job Title: 2ND Shift Customer Solution Representative
Shifts Available: 12:00PM-8:00PM,4 days a week Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm
12:30pm - 9:30pm 4 days a week Saturday (4 hours) 8:30am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-4:30pm
3pm-11pm Monday-Friday
Benefits: Full Benefits package available after 30 days of service, includes medical and dental.
Training: 2 week paid training class.

The Pampered Chef®, located in Addison, IL, is seeking 2nd Shift Customer Solutions
Representatives to join its Solution Center team.
General Summary:
Handles routine customer and Consultant communications regarding order adjustments and product questions via telephone, email, or written correspondence; provides customer satisfaction and appropriate resolution.
The successful candidate will:
•Answer inbound as well as place outbound phone calls to sales consultants and customers.
•Reply to e-mails and correspondence related to product orders and sales programs.
•Documents calls and inquiries utilizing the department’s computerized call tracking system.
•References department guidelines to determine appropriate reimbursement and restitution procedures.
•Must be able to handle high call volume. (Up to 100 calls or more daily).
•Must be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
Education/Relevant Experience:
•High school diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.
•Minimum one year customer service experience in a call center environment required.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills required. (Bilingual-Spanish a plus)
•Strong problem solving skills necessary.
•Strong PC skills MS Office Suite, Outlook. etc.
•ERP (Oracle, SAP etc) Software skills a strong plus.
