We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives in our Dublin, Ohio location.
As a strong advocate for patient needs and concerns, you will take inbound calls from patients, responding to inquiries and determining appropriate actions.
You’ll be a highly professional team player able to be effective in a high call volume environment.
• Are you a Patient Advocate?
• Can you provide a high level of patient care?
• Do you have at least 1 year of customer service experience?
• Do you have a stable work history?
• Can you provide an High School diploma or GED?
• Are you proficient in a Microsoft Windows based environment?
• Are you available to work evenings and Saturdays?
• Do you enjoy continuous growth and development?
During Training, hours will be 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (this will last 5-7 weeks). After training, your regular schedule will be Monday -Saturday 3:30pm to midnight, Sunday and one set day off during the week. As business needs allow, these positions may in the future, have potential for earlier hours.
We offer job stability and a starting rate of $12.00/hour, increasing to $13.00/hour upon successful completion of 90 days of employment, as well as an attractive incentive bonus program for high performers.
