Based in Philadelphia, PA, the selected candidate will hold responsibility for the strategic direction and daily management of our Customer Care call Center, a 24x7 help desk for post-salesclient support. Be prepared to meet business and customer client satisfaction goals by ensuring the effective and efficient use of staff, technology and business resources.
Our qualifications include:
- Exceptional leadership, motivational and staff development skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or a related area
- At least 7 years of relevant management experience
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Demonstrated business/technical knowledge of call center and customer service methodologies and systems (quality monitoring, management reporting, etc.)
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Experience in the Life Sciences or a Clinical Research Organization preferred
