ICT Group, Inc. is looking for Customer Care Associates
We are currently hiring Diabetes Device Support Associates who are energetic, motivated people to answer incoming calls from customers using nationally known diabetes testing devices. In this position you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from diabetic patients.
Candidates must have:
• PC Technology Skills
• PC Hardware and Various Windows O.S. skills
• Tech Support Experience a Plus
• A customer service background
• Good PC Skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish or French a plus!

We are currently hiring candidates to fill shifts from:
4:00pm to 12:30am – 5 nights per week including weekends
5:00pm to 1:30am – 5 nights per week including weekends
2:30pm to 1:30am – 4 nights per week including weekends
Paid Training at $10.75hr with $.25 increase for successful completion of training.
