Job Description:

We are seeking an outstanding, proven call center leader who possesses high energy
and a positive leadership style. This is a relatively new first-party call center
with its emphasis on Quality of Customer Service. Individual will also share responsibility
for supporting other sites within the organization’s call center operations. This position
will be located in Las Vegas but candidate will be required to train out of state for 30-60
days. Ideal candidate will have experience in staffing & running a new center and have the ability to utilize local contacts in attracting the best talent to add to the staff.
Position will report to an out-of-state Director, so you must work well without a lot of
direct supervision. Must have at least 5-7 years of prior call center management experience
managing customer service and call center related functions and have at least a Bachelors
Degree.

COMPENSATION: $55- $75K Base + Plus + Relo Assistance
