This position will be staffed in one of the following Alorica sites: North
Sioux City, South Dakota, Manhattan, Kansas, Terre Haute, Indiana or El Paso,
Texas.
Overview
The Regional Workforce Manager is responsible for capacity planning,
overseeing enterprise scheduling and providing leadership for site WFM
operations. Successful candidates must have the ability to build close
working relationships with our clients as well as Alorica’s internal
stakeholders and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment with many changing parts.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
The responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to creating a
capacity plan by working with site operations and training teams to meet
client expectations, providing leadership for site WFM teams, interfacing
and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent
customer support and ensuring all client and company goals are met.
Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management/Administration or similar field)
•Minimum of 10 years related experience preferably in customer support environment
•Minimum of 1 year direct, hands on experience of Witness, Impact 360 and AVAYA
•Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership capacity
•Strong application usage, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel
•Frequent travel is required (50%-75%)
