Job Duties:
- Following all standard operating procedures for training.
- Learning the content of the 2010 Census training curricula.
- Enrolling training participants in sessions of training.
- Delivering Web Conference Training, using Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro meeting technology.
- Delivering face-to-face Instructor-led Training in a classroom.
- Setting up call center classroom, maintaining equipment and supplies, and making copies.
- Generating student transcripts and session reports from the Adobe Connect Pro learning management system.
- Assisting in the evaluation of the effectiveness of training based upon formal and informal feedback.
- Assisting in the reproduction and destruction of training materials.
- Conducting new hire training and provide remedial opportunities, as needed.
- Providing remedial training to agents during operations.
- Participating actively in weekly site-level training team meetings.
- Fostering open communication with supervisory team; actively striving to develop strong working relationships with all call center personnel.
- Escalating password re-setting to a training participants supervisor.
- Notifying the Master Trainer of any training technology outages or poor performance.

Qualifications:
- Call center experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Security Clearance required--position contingent on ability to obtain low risk security clearance.
- Proven expertise in facilitation of classroom instructor-led training.
- Expertise in facilitation of Web meetings, preferably in delivery of group-based synchronous online learning preferred.
- Excellent organization, presentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
