Client desires a Client Services Manager to manage a large telecom client. Will also have some operations responsibility for that client. Base salary $50-55k. Some relocation. May be based in Yuma, AZ or Asheville, NC
Requirements: Must have client services and call center operations experience on behalf of a call center service agency. Inbound and outbound call center experience with a telecom company very important. Should have strong Excel computer skills.
