The Home Equity Collector Supervisor for Mid Stage collections is responsible for the day to day operations of a team of collectors. Plans, direct, supervises and evaluates work flow. Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements. Recommends operational improvements. Responsible for day to day application of policies and procedures. Monitors performance of staff members according to established standards and conducts performance evaluations. Trains and coaches staff. May make hiring decisions. Monthly bonus incentive and shift differential included with this opportunity!
**Position schedule will be: Sunday 11am-8pm, Monday -Thursday 12-9pm**
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a call center environment
- 1+ years in a leadership role
- Energetic hands on leadership style
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Self motivated individual that requires minimal supervision
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and participate in special projects
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Team Player in all area's of the business line
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Shaw, Hogan, ACAPS, YOM
- Home Equity Collections Experience
- Knowledgeable in FFIEC and FDCPA regulations
- Collections experience from early stage to back end
- Dialer experience
- Global perspective of business environment
