Director, Client Services

Principal Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing a team to sustain client operating procedure standards by maintaining quality of and meeting deadlines for incoming work.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with clients and potential clients.
• Review statements, explain fees, and provide answers to clients' questions regarding reconciliations.
• Assist Senior Management in monitoring productivity of direct reports through observation, hands-on coaching of staff, field questions and concerns from direct reports, and inform Senior Management accordingly.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with client requirements, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for accounts receivable within the Client Services Department, including facilitating workflow, fielding any questions or concerns, and motivating employees.
• Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives.
• Responsible for progressive discipline with regards to attendance, performance and all aspects of company policy.
• Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• 4-5 years of related management experience
• Previous first party outsourcing and/ or wireless industry experience preferred
• Ability to motivate employees and lead by example
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize and work in multi-tasked environment.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
