The Director of Customer Contact Solutions is responsible for assisting the Vice President, Operational Services (VPOS) and the Director of Operations, Customer Contact Center (DOO), with project management, project design and implementation and other technological solutions to meet the Customer Contact Center (CCC) needs.

Experience:
• Large scale project management experience with emphasis on development and implementation and/or integration of systems.
• 3-5 years contact center experience with emphasis on business analytics and technology solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years project management experience in a Contact Center environment.
• In depth knowledge auto dialer and/or contact center technology.
• 3 -5 years business analytics experience.
• 1-2 years SQL experience
Education:
• Bachelors degree minimum preferred. Preferred concentrations include business management, project management, finance, operations research and/or information technology.

• Candidates not meeting education requirements may be considered with relevant work experience.
