Customer Loyalty Representative
SpeedDate.com, the world's first online speed dating website, is searching for a Customer Loyalty Telephone Representatives. SpeedDate allows users to join 3-minute speed dating sessions from home using live chat technology.
Our company is dedicated to the transforming billion dollar online dating industry to make it easier for people to meet each other. Basically, we’re on a quest to build the best dating service ever. We are funded by top tier VCs and prominent angel investors. We are seeking a full-time Customer Loyalty Team Members to join our company to deliver world-class customer service and build loyalty, one customer at a time.
If you are a customer care, retention or sales specialist with excellent interpersonal skills to and the ability to provide memorable experiences to our customers, this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact on our business as the “face” of our company. In this critical position you will take ownership of building a long-term relationship with our customers who may have questions or need assistance with their accounts. You will answer incoming phone calls and emails; use our state-of-the-art computerized system to enter data, for tracking, information gathering, reference
and/or troubleshooting. You may research issues or transfer to a research request. In addition, you may be required to offer other products/services to our customers. To ensure your success, we will provide paid training. Upon completion of your training you will be empowered to solve problems independently in a service results driven environment. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast paced, highly-iterative culture and enjoy the challenges and rewards of an early stage venture.

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
• Provide customer’s with informative and accurate information
• Overcome objections and resell customer’s on the benefits of membership
• Provide world-class service to all internal and external customers
• Verify customer identity while complying with the security and confidentiality rules
• Remain current on internal work processes and procedures
• Accurately track and update customer data in a Windows based database
• Answer customer emails accurately, minimizing back-and-forth responses
• Other duties as assigned
Desired Experience:
• 2 + years customer service experience, in a call center environment
• Proven ability to retain customers and/or achieve sales goals in a call center environment
• Strong listening, analytical, communication, and organization skills
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work well in a team environment
• Proven ability to meet or exceed minimum performance standards
• Excellent track record of attendance and punctuality
• Self Motivated
• Superior problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently
