Humana is seeking a Finance Call Center Specialist that will be reviewing credit card declines, releasing orders, and cancelling orders attached to the prescription orders that are held until an approved form of payment has been received. You will also supply the internal customer service which accompanies these activities: 

  • Making outbound calls to members to obtain a form of payment for current and past orders
  • Receiving Inbound calls from members related to payments
  • Processing credit card transactions and resolving credit card declines
  • Reading ledger and reviewing member Accounts Receivable

Role Essentials

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Aptitude for quickly learning new systems and processes
  • Must be available to work an 8 hour shift Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am.-6:30 p.m.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have availability to work overtime as needed based on business needs and during the peak season (January through March)

Role Desirables

  • Prior experience in the banking or finance field
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • Prior call center experience

Reporting Relationships

  • You will report to a Front line leader
