Prestigious organization has a newly created strategic position. In addition to managing the contact center, this senior executive will lead the service strategy with administrative and operations accountability across the enterprise. The director will be responsible for developing and overseeing enterprise-wide standards and guidelines in order to achieve a consistent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology, experience with scaling operations and outstanding people skills.
Candidates must have the following background/experience:
• Customer Service management of 100 reps
• Development and Implementation of procedures, standards, guidelines, and technology
• Superior executive level people skills
• Growing/scaling call center operations
• Strategic innovation
Compensation includes a base salary of $150k plus bonus and outstanding benefits package. Local candidates only.
