And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: Lead a team of operations resources focused on the support & delivery of all digital data architecture and analytical insights Create a consistent communication rhythm on digital data and performance outcomes, keeping IT leadership, operations leadership, and digital leaderships and functional partners in synch with overall outcomes Bring a holistic approach to digital behavior, applying data - driven analytics to improve consumer sentiment, digital revenue, and digital first focus Collaborate closely with Digital Strategy, Mobile Strategy, Web Development, Call Center, and Consumer Engagement teams to define and support common goals and insights Lead new digital data strategies and planning based on analytical findings Act as a thought leader, constantly pushing the envelope and challenging both leadership and collaborative partners when it comes to analytics and metrics Drive on - demand reporting and a focus on deep, consumer level insights and predictive analysis Work with Consumer Engagement Campaigns Director and Marketing Data Director to define, utilize, and integrate digital data into predictive models, consumer personas, and omni - channel strategies Develop system and operational enhancements to drive more strategic collection, use, and analysis of digital insights and data Drive development and adoption of on - demand integrated reporting & analysis of consumer behavior against stated goals and KPIs Adapt departmental and organizational plans and priorities to accomplish yearly revenue and consumer satisfaction goals Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions Performs complex conceptual analyses Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement Forecasts and plans resource requirements Authorizes deviations from standards Motivates and inspires other team members Executes digital measurement and reporting strategies that are aligned with best practices Possess a balance of analytical and strategic thinking skills, while being focused on producing and executing high quality insights and analysis Work within cross-functional teams, using data and analytics and technologies to drive decisioning Execute deliverables utilizing Adobe Analytics, Domo, Excel, Business Objects, R, and other tools Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, under quick deadlines and be able to respond quickly and accurately to change Map and pull data to produce digital performance analysis Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed Work with less structured, more complex issues


Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience) 7+ years experience with digital data strategy, reporting & analysis 3+ years of executive - level digital operations support Prior team management experience Experience communicating with Digital, Marketing, Operations and Business leaders Advanced proficiency with Adobe Analytics Demonstrated ability to build a collaborative culture and relationships across the organization and with external strategic and technical partners Preferred Qualifications: Experience with on - demand reporting / analysis / business intelligence tools, including Domo, Tableau, etc. Experience with Adobe AEM, Target, Adobe Tag Manager (or similar tag management platforms) Experience in marketing operations or marketing data and analytics Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point, Prior experiencing managing teams in multiple locations Careers with Optum.
