The Direct Sales Agency completes approximately 5000 applications telephonically each month. The process to enroll a customer telephonically needs to be strictly adhered to by our non-licensed Enrollment Specialist. The Enrollment Specialist Supervisor will supervise a team of Enrollment Specialists that carry out this function in the department. The Supervisor will ensure the team is following the correct process so we can deliver and excellent and compliant experience for our customers. Primary Responsibilities:Supervise a team of 10 – 20 Enrollment SpecialistsMonitor performanceDevelop and maintain performance management standardsDevelop and maintain individual and team scorecardsWork closely with manager to review and act upon staff performance issuesCoach & Develop staffOccasionally organize individual and team training sessionsWork directly with customers in escalated situationsMaintain a positive work environment that supports a quality driven teamMeet or exceed individual and team performance standardsFacilitate meetings to communicate team performance goals and results; share general corporate communications; and provide a forum for surfacing opportunities and / or issues


Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 2+ years of Call Center Customer Service experienceMust possess State Health Insurance License or ability to obtain License within 30 days of hireExperience in team interactions and improvement methods (i.e. Coaching, Quality, Productivity)Ability to work any hours that the department is open (8:00 am - 10:00 pm M-Thurs, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Friday, and 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Saturdays. Approximately 1 Saturday every 2 months)Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree (or higher) Proficiency within Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents) Proficiency within Microsoft Excel (ability to filter, sort, create and edit spreadsheets) Careers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
