We're looking for a Call Center Representative with active listening skills to provide professional, efficient, and quality member service over the phone and live chat by assisting members with transactions, loan applications, and general information regarding credit union deposit and loan products, and services including mobile banking and online Bill Payment with a focus on promoting and selling credit union products contributing to the achievement of individual and credit union goals.

Qualifications: High School education or equivalent. A strong desire to serve in a fast-paced work environment with at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a contact center including live chat, providing exceptional member service. Financial Institution experience is preferred. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Schedule: Working hours may vary, must be available Monday-Friday (8am-7pm, flexible), and Saturday (9am-2pm, required).
