Role Summary

Reviews and analyzes implementation materials to create employee booklets and client contracts for new and existing business. Analyzes benefits to ensure they are in compliance with legislation. Responds to questions from internal partners and/or external clients. Identifies process improvements for end to end installation. Handles multiple products as well as highly complex accounts while effectively managing inventory to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Thorough knowledge of matrix partner functions and how they interact along with thorough product knowledge.

  • Create new and renewing customer documents (employee booklets and client contracts) based on the analysis and interpretation of case implementation materials, knowledge of health care benefits and funding types.
  • Develop materials using an automated specialized text generation/text editing application.
  • Coordinate the review of customer/member deliverables against customer requirements with plan services, product configuration specialists, underwriting, and sales offices for completeness and accuracy of interpretation.
  • Modify customer documents to comply with specific federal and/or state mandates and proactively communicate/coordinate with all matrix partners.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve service and increase efficiencies.

  • Thorough understanding of health plan products, benefits, funding types and other healthcare industry concepts and terminology.
  • Demonstrates excellent writing ability and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and high-level of attention to detail.
  • Technical aptitude, which should include: Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly complex matrix organization.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of $19 - $29, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
