Member Answer Center Representative

AllSouth is looking for a call center representative, which we refer to as Member Answer Center (MAC), to join our team.

MAC representatives are the voice of the credit union. They serve our members by phone, email, and occasionally by fax, solving account related problems and answering questions about our products and services. They also assist our members with digital banking and other technologies offered by AllSouth, debit cards, loan and credit card applications, wire transfers, and more.

What makes a successful MAC Representative? Someone who has...
• Excellent member service skills. (As a credit union, our customers are referred to as members.)
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience - with one year of financial teller or customer service experience preferred.
• Great problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Computer skills – efficiently able to manage multiple browsers, tabs, applications, and window navigation while speaking with a member over the phone.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and with others.
• Call center experience a plus.

This position has the following schedule:
On-site Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (40 hour work week) with no remote work option.

This position starts at a minimum of $15.18 per hour, but could be higher depending upon experience.
